Testing the conditions for starting a project according to construction as the rule in Article 72 of the Law on Construction.

Testing the appropriate capacity of contractors compare with construction bids and construction contracts, including: human resources, construction equipment, specialized laboratory construction and management system of the quality of constructors.

Testing and monitoring during construction work, including:

• Checking materials, components, construction products, installed equipment in construction.

• Perform testing the quality as necessary.

• Checking the construction methods of constructor which define specifically to ensure the safety of people, machines, equipment and the construction of constructor.

• Checking, urge, supervise the constructors and the others who operate work in the field.

Asking the constructors adjust when errors happened, design unreasonable; Check out the documents to serve for check and take over;

Checking and confirm the completion drawing.

Organizing check and take over construction.

Organizing document of the completed construction.

Reporting completed construction items or unexpected reports upon request and send it to state management of construction according to the rule of Decree 15/2013/ND – dated 06/02/2013.
